As an Independent Travel Manager, your main scope of services will be consulting English-speaking customers on their travel needs and providing information about travel products, processing client inquiries, doing follow-ups, and closing deals.
Our main focus is on customers in the USA, UK, and Canada, so you'll be interacting with people from these regions. Most of your communication with customers will be done over the phone and through emails. Since our main markets are in the USA, UK, and Canada, you may need to be available during their time zones, even if it means being available during the night.
What's more, we offer a performance-based payment structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn based purely on your preformace results. Payments are processed on a monthly basis through bank transfers in USD, ensuring that your hard work is duly rewarded.
During the Nesting period (4 weeks), we expect all applicants to fully engage in the training/educational process, which is essential for becoming a successful Independent Travel Manager. The Nesting period is mandatory and serves as a comprehensive onboarding phase to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge for airline tickets and services effectively. While we acknowledge that everyone has varying schedules, applicants are required to commit a reasonable amount of time each week to ensure they gain a solid foundation in the field. This commitment is crucial to maximize the benefits of the training program and contribute to your success as an Independent Travel Manager.
As an Independent Travel Manager, your earnings are performance-based with no limit to your potential income with no base or fixed fee.
Compensation includes a compansition percentage on your prefoormance inadditiion to up-to $500 extra Compensation distributed over the third to sixth months up-on achieving min. requirments.
Payments are processed on a monthly basis through bank transfers in USD, ensuring that your achievements are duly rewarded.
Kindly note that we are currently only considering candidates who are taxpayers in specific locations. If your application is not accepted for your area, we regret to inform you that we do not currently have opportunities there.

After passing the Live training and joining the Nesting. The Nesting process is designed to ease the transition between training stage and stage when you are rendering actual services , and to provide hands-on experience to new Independent Travel Managers.
During Nesting, new Independent Travel Managers are engaged in a practice environment and communication with the real clients, with the Dreamport support and recommendations. This formal process is 4 weeks and aims to help gaining the confidence in handling all situations, standardize the quality of their performance, and increase their level of technical knowledge and communication skills.

By completing Nesting, you will become a self-sufficient Independent Travel Manager, equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in your professional area.

1. Registration: Head towww.dreamport.meand sign up via gmail or your facebook account.
2. Assessment: Take a 30-minute assessment designed to evaluate essential skills for the ITM role, with a focus on English and sales proficiency.
3. Training Credentials:Upon successfully passing the assessment, you will receive your training credentials. Please check your spam and junk folders for any email notifications within 24 hours.
4. Online Training:Engage in a technical training course that requires 3-4 hours of daily/week dedication. Upon successful completion, you'll earn a certificate showcasing your newfound knowledge.
5. Q&A Session:Recorded video so most FQ. If you have any unanswered queries, you will have access to submit them, and we will address them promptly.
6. Pre-Live:By completing tasks and daily assignments and receiving training guidance, you will test what you learned during online certification and get better equipped. By completing everything required you will be invited to Live training.
7. Live Training:Embark on a 4-day training session scheduled from 4 PM to 10 PM EET/EEST. Successful completion of this training will lead you to the Nesting stage.

This assessment is designed to evaluate your basic English and Sales skills required for ITM role. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete
If you did not meet the minimum passing criteria for the recent assessment, we believe in your potential and encourage you to consider retaking the test to improve your results.
However, please note that if you do not meet the passing score on your next attempt, your account will be deactivated, and you will not be able to apply for the position until 3 months have passed. Therefore, it is essential that you take your time to prepare yourself adequately before retaking the test.
Upon passing the assessment, the next step is to start the On-line training.

Please note that the credentials for both platforms are the same, so you can use your existing login details to access the on-line training platform. Once you have logged in, please proceed to complete the assigned modules. These modules are crucial for your training and will help you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for your role
We would like to remind you that all modules should be completed within 15 days after registering with Dreamport. This allows us to ensure a timely and efficient training process for all participants.

We recommend accessing the On-line training via desktop Google Chrome browser for a better experience. Please note that all modules are sequenced, so if you encounter a locked module, it means that your previous module has not been fully submitted.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the "awarded to" section on your certificate from your username to your actual name. This section is to maintain consistency and accuracy in our internal records and official documentation.
Your certificate remains valid and reflects your achievements within Dreamport.
Upon completion of the on-line training, you will be eligible to receive your certificate. Once you have obtained your certificate, you will have the opportunity to register for the Q&A sessions which are held every Tuesday and Friday. These sessions are designed to provide you with the opportunity to ask Dreamport team any questions you may have about the application process. The sessions typically last for an hour and are a great way to gain further insight into the next steps.
Following the Q&A session, you will then begin the live training (5 working days). This training is designed to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
The Q&A session is a live interactive session with our representative, lasting around 1.5 hours. They will address all your queries and provide clarity on your questions.
The link for the scheduled Q&A session will be sent to you 1 day before the session.
Upon finishing the Q&A session, the Dreamport will enroll you for pre-live training to prepare you for the last evaluation stage, which is the test call. Upon successful completion of your test call evaluation, you will be enrolled for the Live Training starting the following Wednesday.
You will receive all necessary details regarding the training session via email one day before its commencement. The training will provide comprehensive and in-depth guidance to enhance your skills as an Independent Travel Manager, covering various aspects from customer service to technical skills.
